The addition of a brand-new M-button means you can fine tune or get straight to your music in the simplest way. It also features Auracast™ technology to seamlessly integrate a multi-speaker set-up. Lastly, Acton IV has been designed with a strong connection to our amp heritage. With its classic and timeless look, you know it's Marshall.
WIDE SOUNDSTAGE
Improved tweeters and waveguides create a better, wider soundstage. This is achieved by dispersing sound more evenly and covering a bigger area across the room. Enhanced stereo separation also makes listening feel more expansive. Instruments are more separated, making them easier to follow. It adds a sense of realism, depth, and spatial positioning, highlighting the detail of your sound and bringing you closer to the music you love.
ENHANCED BASS
When you hit play, the whole room should feel the bass. That's why our team of in-house acoustic engineers redesigned Acton IV's bass port to create a more aerodynamic shape that results in a cleaner and more powerful bass. It also delivers a tighter sound at higher volumes. With cables at the bottom of the speaker, you have more freedom to place your Acton IV close to or even flush against the wall without affecting its performance.
DYNAMIC LOUDNESS

With subtle adjustments to high and low frequencies, Acton IV's tonal balance is adapted to ensure your music sounds incredible at every volume. MULTI-SPEAKER CONNECTIVITY
Enjoy listening to music playing in sync across several speakers. Built with Auracast™ technology, Acton IV can easily be integrated into an expanded listening set-up. Simply join a broadcast from our music streaming hub, Heddon, or other Auracast™ compatible devices. To tune in, you just need the Marshall app. When using a Heddon, you’ll only need to set it up once, and after that, a long press of the M-button is all it takes to join. Goodbye endless pairing.
CUSTOMISABLE M-BUTTON
The fourth edition of Acton features a newly added M-button. Now, with just one press, you can instantly adjust the sound to match your listening needs or dive straight into your favourite music. To assign an action to the M-button, all you need is the Marshall app. You can fine tune the EQ settings to your ideal sound and then use the button to select them. Or press to start playing your music via Spotify Tap.
TACTILE CONTROLS
With our heritage amp-inspired controls, you can tell it's a Marshall speaker without even seeing the name on the front. Acton IV's classic brass top panel includes an improved media control and the signature power switch. You can also easily adjust volume, bass, and treble and manage your music playback when playing via Bluetooth. Designed with purpose and precision, these controls are made to intuitively help you find your best settings and sound.
RCA & AUX INPUTS
The AUX and RCA inputs on your Acton IV home speaker open up more connection possibilities. To bring other audio devices into your listening set-up, simply connect a 3.5 mm stereo jack lead to the AUX input on the top of the speaker. The new RCA input allows you to connect your record player and fill the room with the personality of classic vinyl sounds that can sometimes get lost in digital formats. Simply use the source button or select "RCA" on the Marshall app.

Setting up, customising, and controlling your sound are made simple with our dedicated app. Whether you're playing the music that inspires you or listening to a podcast, you can tailor the sound to fit your mood. Adjusting your EQ settings helps you achieve your ideal personalised sound. Room calibration lets you achieve the perfect acoustic fit for your space. You can also adjust the time of your device's idle state and the brightness of your control panel indicators.
